I really need to get my schedule organized. These irregular hours really don't do much for productivity, and I really need to get productive. I won't pretend that the end of the school year hasn't made me a little lazy - because it has - but it's not the fact that I'm going to bed late and waking up late that's the main issue. I've often gotten more done at night than during the day. It's more the lack of routine that's making it difficult to get things done. I plan to set my alarm to go off at a set time every day, so eventually I should start to go to bed at a regular time too. I think I'll start my day off at 10am, then move it earlier gradually as I get used to going to bed a little earlier.
Anyway, here's what I think I'll do with my schedule for the next couple weeks:
10:00... Wake up and have coffee
10:30 - 12:30... Study
12:30 - 2:30... Lunch and run errands
2:30 - 5:30... Study
5:30 - 7:30... Dinner and Sam Time
7:30 - 11:00... Study
11:00 - 1:00... Free Time
1:00 - 2:00... Get ready for bed
2:00... Go to bed
I think as I get used to this schedule and start moving the wake-up time to an earlier time, I'll try to fit in some exercise time in the mornings. My skin's acting up again, so once I pick up my medicine and start feeling a little better, it should be easier to exercise too. Hopefully, with 8+ hours of studying a day under my belt, I can get finished with all my readings and summaries in time to take my final comp exam in mid-July. Gotta get motivated!
